What customers say
Reviewers credit clear communication and honest assessments. One owner who feared a blown strut was told no damage had occurred and had an alignment done instead. Others mention an efficient major repair on a Subaru, repeated work on a Ford Explorer with guaranteed results, help getting to and from home, and explanations showing what needed doing and why.
