What customers say
Reviewers praise a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a Jaguar, explanations using pictures and video, price breakdowns, and reliable work on an older Volkswagen. Reviews are mixed, though. Complaints include poor communication while waiting for parts, a quote that listed reprogramming the vehicle could not do, and reluctance to honor a battery warranty.
