QC Charge

Working on electric vehicles since 2013, QC Charge is best known in the Tesla community for drive unit rebuilds — an area where independent rebuild capability makes a substantial difference to the repair bill compared with a complete assembly replacement.

Feedback is mixed. One owner says the shop rebuilt a Mercedes electric drivetrain so it runs like new, and a Model S owner praises clear communication and a waived diagnostic fee when a high-voltage battery replacement turned out to be needed. Others report problems: an out-of-stock coolant delete order, unanswered estimate requests, and a quote dispute over a Tesla drive unit.
